Description Zuni artists Leland Boone and Daphne Quam hand carved this wonderful fetish. The coyote carving is made out of Wild Horse and is bundled with Abalone and Turquoise. The coyote is the Hunter of the West. The coyote is respected for his knowledge and survival skills, if not for his actions. The master trickster who often tricks himself. He represents humor and the ability to laugh at one’s own mistakes. This great carving would make a great addition to your Native American art or Zuni fetish collection.
