ZUNI LABRADORITE WOLF FETISH BY KENRIC LAIWAKETE

Description Zuni fetish carver Kenric Laiwakete made this stellar wolf fetish.  The wolf carving is made out of Labradorite and has an inlaid Turquoise heartline.  Labradorite is a member of the Feldspar family and is treasured for its remarkable play of color, known as labradorescence.  This luminous specimen is filled with hues of blues and greys.  Labradorite also has natural fracturing,  giving it beauty and character in the stone.  It also changes in different lighting and at different angles.
